About Our Founder
Dr. Folake Oni

Dr Folake Oni is a high-performance coach, seasoned development management consultant, medical doctor, youth development advocate, public speaker and Principal and Director, Business Strategy and Transformation at Sydani Group.
Her work in development cuts across human resources for health, health policy and planning, leadership and governance, human capital development and youth entrepreneurship and employability. She leads business development and innovation at Sydani.
Folake is one of 8 women in Africa recently (2022) selected as one of Africa’s young women leaders by Women in Africa. Her vision is to build a strong community of young visionaries and leaders who through the renewing of their minds can create new habits, adopt new perspectives, and step into higher levels of performance and productivity.
